About the tutor...

Catherine's mother tongue is French and she is a fluent English speaker who lives and works in the UK. She qualified in the UK (City & Guilds and RSA certificates) in teaching languages to adults. She has over 20 years' experience as a French & English tutor in both London & Paris.

She is a self-employed tutor and works in a variety of teaching environments: in offices, in adult colleges, in language schools and in home environments.

Catherine regularly works with lawyers, accountants, management consultants, support staff, scientists, children and teenagers.

The courses

Catherine is happy to arrange courses on a one-to-one basis or to small groups and at a time and location to suit you. In effect the courses will be tailored to meet your needs. Catherine can help you with exams such as TEF Naturalisation, DELF, GCSE French, etc...

Students of all abilities are welcome, whether they are complete beginners or have some level of familiarity of French. Group courses can be organised at your office, while individual training may be conducted at your home or at Catherine's at Richmond in Surrey.

Online teaching has proved very successful during the pandemic.  It remains available.  It is also very useful to avoid travelling costs and can save time.
